1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any items with misspellings or errors in the customization request cannot be returned or refunded.
- Perishable Goods: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
- Health and Personal Care Items: Certain health and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at contact@aupairseverywhere.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error at the sole discretion of Au Pairs Everywhere store.
5. Exchanges:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@aupairseverywhere.com.
- Exchange Process: Follow the return process to send back the defective or damaged item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
6. Sale Items:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded based on the return policy; sale items cannot be refunded.
